The fully automatic open-type analyzer is used for coagulation and fibrinolysis tests by the coagulation method (paramagnetic bead method + optical method) and immunoturbidimetry for blood plasma clinically. Detection components include PT, APTT, FIB and TT (coagulation method); (Di-dimer), FDP (immunoturbidimetry) and ATⅢ (chromogenic peptide substrate). Coagulation method: simulate the physical conditions for blood coagulation, add a reagent and start the blood agglutination reaction. Thus, the fibrinogen in the sample is converted to cross-linked fibrin to release the sample. Reaction endpoints are determined by continuous monitoring of optical (such as absorbance), physical (such as viscosity), or electrical (such as current) characteristics during the process, such as fibrinogen conversion time. This principle is used to determine the clotting characteristics or fibrinolytic properties of blood samples. Immunoturbidimetry: the specific feature of binding between antigen and antibody is used. Thus, the substance under study is combined with particles labeled with a specific antibody to change the turbidity of the reaction system. Later, the test substance is quantitatively measured by detecting the change in light intensity.
