Biomaterial collection systems KABE Labortechnik
The requirements for blood sampling today are well known to everyone. These include minimal trauma to the patient, maximum safety for laboratory personnel, accuracy in observing the volume and ratio of the sample and anticoagulants, and preservation of the sample after collection, during transportation and storage.
The problems associated with blood sampling are also well known: blood clotting in the needle, hemolysis caused by the double passage of blood through the needle. If it is necessary to fill several tubes with blood, the duration of the sample collection increases. During transportation, the tubes can break, blood can spill, and the cotton swab used to close the tubes can leak.
All of these and many other similar problems can be easily avoided by using disposable venous and capillary blood collection systems manufactured by KABE Labortechnik (Germany).
Using these systems, blood sampling takes only 5-7 seconds and practically does not cause pain and discomfort to the patient. All parts of the system are sterile and made of high quality, transparent plastic. The color coding of the lids and labels will not allow the laboratory assistant to make a mistake in choosing the right tube.
