Together with the ELITech Clinical System S.A.S. line of ready-to-use reagents, the Selectra ProM Lite provides a complete integrated solution for a wide variety of laboratories.
General technical characteristics of Selectra ProM Lite:
- Capacity: up to 180 photometric tests/hour.
- Reagent system: cooling the disk with reagents to a temperature of 2-10 °C under normal laboratory conditions. The reagent rotor has 32 positions for 10 ml, 25 ml and 50 ml reagent vials. Identification of reagents, automatic programming of samples, calibrators using a barcode scanner. Typical consumption of reagents is 250 μl per 1 test. All reagent positions can be programmed as P1, P2 and P3. Preheated needle, level detector and stirrer.
- Sample system: the sample rotor has an external segment for 50 positions readable by the barcode scanner. Internal segment for 12 additional positional. All positions for 13 x 75 mm primary and secondary tubes, and pediatric cups. Continuous reloading of samples. All positions can be used for Calibrators, Controls, Normal, Pediatric and Emergency samples. Sample volume 2 - 30 μl per test, programmable in 0.1 μl increments. Sample needle with level detector, integrated mixer and anti-collision protection. Programmable ratios from 1:5 to 1:200 in equal increments, with 3 possible diluents.
- Measuring disk: a reusable rotor with 48 cuvettes and an optical path length of 7 mm. The minimum measurement volume is 220 μl. The measurement temperature is 37°C, controlled by Peltier elements.
- Lite source: quartz-iodine lamp 12V-20W.
- Optical range: 340 – 700 nm. Automatic selection of the wavelength on the 8-position carousel of Lite filters (340, 405, 505, 546, 578, 620, 660 and 700 nm).
- Photometric range: from -0.1 to 3.0 OA (Absorption Units).
- Analytical modes (mono, two and three reagent systems): kinetic measurement with linearity check. Mono and bichromatic endpoint with or without bichromatic reagent blank and/or sample blank correction. Measurement at 2 points. Graphic display of all measured points. Automatic repetition of the measurement with a decrease in the sample volume. Non-linear calibration curves. Prozone check for immunological tests. Cutoff rule.
