Selectra ProM

Selectra ProM

The smartest choice for your growing laboratory needs.

Together with the ELITech Clinical System S.A.S. line of ready-to-use reagents, the Selectra ProM provides a complete integrated solution for a wide variety of laboratories. Benefits of using Selectra ProM system: - Selectra ProM System provides a state of the art, fully integrated chemistry solution for laboratories. - New world-class interface of the embedded computer system simplifies the operation of the equipment with intuitive new generation software. - New compact integrated design - fully self-contained including Command Center, Ion electrode (ISE) Module, reagent cooling, and on-board waste and water. - New productivity and error reducing capabilities: on-board Positive Sample Identification (PSID), Reagent ID and automated programming of assays, calibrators and controls. The unique combination of PSID, host-query Laboratory Information System (LIS) interface and programmable result checks dramatically improves walk-away time and reduces sample and test request entry and associated errors. - Customizable start and end of day checklists help operators complete daily tasks. Also, keep track of scheduled maintenance requests, on-board inventory, and expiration dates of calibrators and reagents in a timely manner. - Operators’ manual and system maintenance instructions are integrated in the software. Touch HELP on your daily checklist and the system links you directly to the instructions. General technical characteristics of Selectra ProM: - Capacity: up to 180 photometric tests/hour. - Reagent system: Cooling of the reagent disk to 2-10 °C under normal laboratory conditions. The reagent rotor has 32 positions for 10 ml, 25 ml, and 50 ml reagent vials. Identification of reagents, automatic programming of samples, calibrators using a barcode scanner. Typical reagent consumption is 250 µL per test. All reagent positions can be programmed as P1, P2, and P3. Needle with preheating, level detector, and agitator. - Sample system: The sample rotor has an outer segment for 50 barcode-readable positions. Inner segment for 12 additional positions. All positions for 13 x 75 mm primary and secondary tubes and pediatric cups. Continuous sample refilling. All positions can be used for Calibrators, Controls, Normal, Pediatric, and Emergency samples. Sample volume 2 - 30 µL per test, programmable in 0.1 µL increments. Sample needle with level detector, integrated mixer and collision protection. Programmable ratios from 1:5 to 1:200 in equal increments, with 3 possible dilutions. - Measuring disk: reusable rotor with 48 cuvettes and 7 mm optical path length. Minimum measurement volume is 220 µL. Measurement temperature is 37°C, controlled by Peltier elements. - Light source: 12V-20W quartz-iodine lamp. - Optical range: 340 - 700 nm. Automatic wavelength selection on an 8-position carousel of light filters (340, 405, 505, 546, 578, 620, 660, and 700 nm). Additionally, you can install a filter from the 340-800 nm range or order an individual combination of filters - Photometric range: -0.1 to 3.0 AU (Absorbance Units). - Analytical modes (mono, two- and three-reagent system): kinetic measurement with linearity check. Mono- and bichromatic endpoint with or without bichromatic reagent blank and/or sample blank correction. 2-point measurement. Graphical display of all measured points. Automatic measurement repeat with decreasing sample volume. Non-linear calibration curves. Prozone verification for immunoassays. Cut-off rule. - Quality control: up to 15 controls, 3 per test. Westgaard's rules. Levy-Jennings plots. - Water consumption: up to 0.5 liters per hour during operation. - Interface languages: English, Russian. - Size: 120 x 75 x 61 cm (W x H x D). Weight: 95 kg.
